Donald Trump’s youngest daughter Tiffany Trump married Michael Boulos in a lavish ceremony held at the twice-impeached former president’s home in Palm Beach, Florida, the Mar-A-Lago Club. Tiffany and Boulos married on November 12, 2022, and almost had their wedding day knocked out by the approaching Hurricane Nicole, which wrecked parts of the Atlantic coast ahead of the big day.
Luckily for Tiffany and Boulos, the wedding wasn’t impacted by the hurricane and the show continued. Tiffany was joined by all of her siblings, including sister Ivanka Trump, who played a role in the wedding as a bridesmaid. Both her mother and father gave speeches during the wedding’s reception, and she managed to pull off three stunning gown changes between the rehearsal dinner and the day of the wedding itself. Here’s a look at everything we know about Tiffany Trump’s wedding to Michael Boulos, including the warning that her father gave her brand new husband after the couple said their vows!

Tiffany Trump and ex-boyfriend Ross Mechanic broke up in 2017 after two years of dating, ostensibly due to Trump’s focus on law school. A source described the split as “cordial” before explaining that Trump was taking her schooling very seriously (per The Hollywood Reporter) as Mechanic began posting photos of himself with another woman (via The Daily Mail). This split paved the way for Trump’s summer 2018 trip to Greece, where she met her now-husband, Michael Boulos.
Rumors that Trump and Boulos were together started in November 2018, and Page Six reported that Trump invited Boulos to her family’s Thanksgiving celebration at the end of the month. Trump confirmed the relationship in January 201,9 when she shared a photo on Instagram of herself and Boulos taken in front of a Christmas tree in the Red Room at the White House. Boulos, who is of Lebanese ancestry, was born in London, England, and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, where his family owns a “multibillion-dollar conglomerate that trades in vehicles, equipment, retail and construction” (per Page Six). He and Trump got engaged in January 2021 after Boulos proposed at the White House. Tiffany shared a photo of the two on Instagram to confirm the news and wrote, “It has been an honor to celebrate many milestones, historic occasions and create memories with my family here at the White House, none more special than my engagement to my amazing fiancé Michael!”

When it came to picking a wedding venue for their November 2022 celebration, Tiffany Trump and Michael Boulos opted to get married at Trump’s father’s golf resort in Palm Beach, Florida. The Mar-a-Lago Club typically hosts weddings and large celebrations inside its Grand Ballroom, and the venue has been described as “the most highly private club in the world” (via Sumptuous Events).
Trump’s mother Marla Maples explained why the couple chose the venue, and noted that the lavish grounds have a special meaning to her daughter. As Maples said, “We are focused on this sacred union and welcoming beloved friends and family, not on politics … this was Tiffany’s childhood home and where she was brought into the world” (via People). In addition to Trump’s personal connection to the resort, Sumptuous Events has also noted that Mar-a-Lago has 126 rooms, a members-only club, a spa, two pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, and is the second-largest mansion in Florida.
Ivanka Trump had a role in Tiffany Trump’s wedding

All of Tiffany Trump’s siblings were in attendance at her wedding to Michael Boulos, and her older sister Ivanka Trump had a prominent role in the celebration itself. Ivanka served as one of Tiffany’s many bridesmaids, wearing a blue gown that appeared to be a near exact copy of the gown that film star Grace Kelly wore in the 1955 movie “To Catch a Thief.” Per Hello! Magazine, the gown was similar in both style and design, even down to the bejeweled straps.
Ivanka also spoke publicly about her sister’s nuptials and wrote in a post on Instagram that finally achieved her dream of having a baby sister at the age of 12. She continued, “Tiffany radiates love, compassion and grace — attributes that she will bring into her marriage with Michael. I wish Tiffany and Michael an abundance of happiness and joy as they begin their lives together as husband and wife!”

Tiffany Trump and Michael Boulos’ wedding was in jeopardy leading up to the big day, as Hurricane Nicole headed toward the state of Florida in the days ahead. Nicole was on target to slam into the Atlantic coast of the state two days before the wedding, which reportedly sent Trump into a state of near-total panic.
As a friend told Page Six before the big day, Trump was “flipping out” after the Mar-a-Lago Club was closed on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, two days before it planned to open again for her welcome dinner. The source went on to explain that staff at the club had left to go home, and that “Tiffany is still there. Some guests came in for the week, and they had all these things planned. It was going to be a whole over-the-top thing. They had to cancel events today and canceled a golf outing for tomorrow.” Fortunately for the couple, the hurricane was not expected to hit Mar-a-Lago directly and the wedding was able to go on.

Tiffany Trump was focused on celebrating her wedding in a big way. One way she pulled that off was by wearing not one, not two, but three different wedding gowns, and each was more beautiful than the one that came before it. As reported by The Daily Mail, Trump kicked things off by wearing a beautiful white strapless gown to her rehearsal dinner, where she was filmed dancing with Michael Boulos and where her father, mother, and stepmother all posed for a rare photo together.
Trump went with designer Elie Saab for her stunning long-sleeved wedding gown. Trump’s mother told People that the bride chose the designer as a nod to her groom and his family. As Marla Maples put it, “It’s a Lebanese American wedding, so we were so happy to have Elie Saab create the magic.” Maples also wore a dress designed by Saab to the ceremony. Trump donned another Saab gown for her wedding reception, changing into another white gown with “a stylish sweetheart neckline and sweeping off-the-shoulder sleeves” (via Hello! Magazine).
Tiffany Trump’s father Donald Trump walked her down the aisle

Tiffany Trump’s sister Ivanka Trump wasn’t the only member of the family who had a major role in the wedding — her father, Donald Trump, walked her down the aisle at the beginning of her ceremony. Sources also told People that Donald Trump participated in a father-daughter dance with his youngest daughter, despite the fact that he was reportedly “upset and ranting like a raging bull for the past couple of days” following the 2022 midterm election results.
Tiffany hasn’t always had the easiest relationship with her father. When her parents divorced in 1999, Tiffany moved to California with her mom, despite the fact that her father lived in New York. Tiffany later opened up about not being in regular contact with her dad, but insisted that she hoped to build a relationship with him (via the New York Times).
Tiffany Trump’s wedding had a lot of musical entertainment

Guests at Tiffany Trump’s wedding were definitely entertained before, during, and after the ceremony as she and Michael Boulos pulled out all the stops when it came to hiring musical talent for their big day. As a source told Page Six ahead of the wedding, Trump and her mother Marla Maples put a lot into planning each and every stage of the wedding day. The source said, “There has been a lot of planning and a lot of staging. This is Tiffany’s big moment, and it will be lavish. It is going to be a huge and beautiful affair.”
The Mirror reported that the wedding began promptly at 5 p.m. with a singer who serenaded wedding guests as they found their seats. The guests were entertained at the wedding reception by a band made up of dancers and performers who danced throughout the night.
Donald Trump gave a speech at Tiffany Trump’s wedding

In addition to Ivanka Trump’s heartfelt Instagram post, both of Tiffany Trump’s parents gave speeches during her wedding reception. Tiffany’s mother Marla Maples made a point of thanking both Donald Trump and his wife Melania Trump before urging the family to stick together no matter what. As she put it, “If we all stay strong together, we’re going to help hold the world together.” Maples then implored the listening audience to “change the world one day at a time with just our love.” It seemed that she couldn’t help but throw in a joke aimed at her famous ex-husband, as Maples added “Donald, you may have to do a little more” at the end (via the Mirror).
Donald Trump also joined on the speech fun. He referenced the hurricane that almost wrecked the big day and also used the speech as a moment to address his son-in-law directly when he said, “Michael, you better take care of her. No doubt, you are a special person and you are way beyond your years” (via the Mirror).
Tiffany Trump was in charge of her wedding’s guest list
While it’s easy to assume that Tiffany Trump’s parents Marla Maples and Donald Trump had a major part of deciding who did or didn’t attend her wedding to Michael Boulos, it turns out that both let Tiffany completely dictate the guest list on her own terms. Maples’ good friend Elvira Grau told the Mirror that Tiffany had planned for a smaller wedding than some thought — 300 guests instead of the reported 500 — and that Tiffany and Boulos wanted to invite people they really know to the wedding instead of people her father knew through his time as President of the United States.
Grau said, “They chose to do that for the kind of reasons other people opt for more intimate weddings, they don’t want people they don’t really know there. Given who her father is, this isn’t his day — it’s her day. So Tiffany picked the people she wanted. She picked all the guests. It was all up to her” (via the Mirror).
