Let’s face it, the world has been infatuated with Britney Spears ever since she released her chart-topping debut single, “…Baby One More Time” in 1998. Spears enamored herself to fans all over the world with her innocent face, comfy athleisure fashion, and impressive dance skills (via Rolling Stone). She even made low-rise pants the hottest trend around, with everyone envious of how she got those killer abs.

Celebrity trainer Bobby Strom, who worked with Spears throughout this era, told Life & Style magazine: “We did somewhere between 750 to 1,000 variations of crunches a day. We would do intervals. We’d start off on the treadmill running, and then she’d go to the mat and do bicycle crunches, hitting the transverse abdominal wall, engaging the obliques.” That is hard work that takes some serious dedication. Everyone loved Spears even though, looking back, she was disturbingly objectified from quite a young age.  Sadly, Spears’s life took a major downturn in 2008 when she went under her father, Jamie Spears’s, conservatorship. With fans supporting the #FreeBritney movement, she was finally freed to make her own decisions from November 12, 2021, per NPR. We’re happy to see the “Lucky” singer married to longtime partner Sam Asghari and sharing her cute stories and dance videos on Instagram. Spears also took to the site to reveal her favorite skincare products.

Britney Spears shared her favorite skincare products on her Instagram Stories, first acknowledging: “I’m sorry my face looks dirty, but I’ve had [an] emotional day and I have no makeup on !!! I know most people don’t like the way I do my makeup, but honestly, I have the best skincare routine !!!” (via Allure).

The iconic pop star shared that she loves French beauty products, in particular, after discovering them on a spa trip to French Polynesia. Although Spears admitted she couldn’t pronounce all the products, “one of the names I do know is la Mer … it’s so thick but it smells so fresh.” It’s no surprise as Crème de la Mer is a celeb favorite. In fact, Spears is a fan of not one but two high-end creams. She said, “I layer it with Shiseido whitening cream cause I have freckles and brown spots !!!” Shiseido’s Brightening Gel Cream is ideal because it’s infused with SAKURA-Bright Complex, which helps treat dullness and brightens your skin while reducing the appearance of dark spots. While the “Stronger” hit-maker uses the two luxurious creams to keep her skin soft and luminous, she also loves a good face mask, per Marie Claire. Spears said, “I also use a Clinique mask every night that I’m obsessed it’s the only one I ever use !!!” Clinique Moisture Surge Overnight Face Mask works while you’re sleeping to strengthen the skin barrier and keep it healthy.
